Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement—by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.
The program consists of a series of five 2-hour sessions, meeting on a weekly basis:
- Fall 2024 (Zoom): Sessions will be on Tues 10/8, Tues 10/15, Tues 10/22, Tues 10/29, Tues 11/5. 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. PST via Zoom
