The presentation explains how person, employee, position, and job information is tracked, how information is utilized for decision-making and payroll processing, terminology, information available through General Query access, reporting tools (BANNER reports), using HR and Payroll forms on the web, and confidentiality and records release issues.

Search Advocate: Annual Update Session

This workshop is a continuing education update for those who have completed the Search Advocate Foundations initial workshop series and will meet the requirements for them to remain eligible to serve in that role for another year. Content changes each year, but typically introduces new tools, reinforces recommendations for advocates, and provides a forum for practice and for addressing current questions.
