As our society has become increasingly diverse, more and more organizations have expressed a desire to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. An important first step toward this goal is developing an understanding of foundational DEI concepts.
This short, self-paced training is directed at people in every type of role and at every level of their organization. It provides a short summary of the research on how successful DEI initiatives advance business goals, the historical context for DEI work, and definitions of several key terms and concepts that are commonly used in DEI literature.
The course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
